Editorial Policy
How we select, verify, write, and publish content at TrendRadar.
Last updated: April 2026
1. Editorial Mission
TrendRadar's mission is to provide original, accurate, and contextualized journalistic information about financial markets, cryptocurrencies, artificial intelligence, and prediction markets. We cover these topics in Spanish and English to make quality financial analysis accessible to Spanish-speaking and international audiences.
Our articles are written and reviewed by the TrendRadar editorial team. Each piece incorporates real-time market data, historical context, and analysis of the implications for investors and ecosystem participants.
2. News Selection & Verification
Our selection and verification process follows these steps:
- We continuously monitor verified primary sources: CoinDesk, CoinTelegraph, The Block, Alpha Vantage, official regulatory feeds, and press releases.
- We evaluate each story based on its relevance to our audience (market impact, novelty, source credibility).
- We verify information against at least one additional independent source before publishing.
- We enrich each article with real-time market data (prices, volumes, Polymarket predictions) to contextualize the news.
- The editorial team reviews the final article before publication.
We do not publish unverified information, social media rumors, or statements from anonymous sources without additional context. When a story is breaking and not yet fully verified, we explicitly state this.
3. Original Content & Added Value
All articles published on TrendRadar are written by the TrendRadar editorial team. We are not a headline aggregator: each article represents independent editorial analysis that goes beyond the facts reported in the original sources.
The added value of each article includes:
- Historical context relevant to understanding the event
- Real-time price data and market movements
- Prediction market probabilities (Polymarket) where applicable
- Analysis of implications for different types of investors
- Multiple perspectives when debate exists in the sector
Our articles have a minimum length of 1,000 words to ensure in-depth coverage. Educational guides have a minimum length of 2,500 words.
4. Use of Data & Sources
TrendRadar uses the following data sources, each selected for its reliability and real-time updates:
- CoinGecko: Cryptocurrency prices, volumes, and market data
- Polymarket: Decentralized prediction market probabilities
- CoinDesk / CoinTelegraph / The Block: Verified crypto sector news
- Alpha Vantage: Traditional financial market data
When we cite specific data (prices, percentages, volume), these correspond to the time of article publication. Financial markets are volatile; data may have changed since publication.
5. Corrections & Updates
TrendRadar is committed to accuracy. If an article contains a factual error, we correct it as soon as we detect it or are notified. Significant corrections are clearly noted in the article with a correction notice specifying what was changed and when.
Articles about rapidly evolving markets may be updated to reflect new developments. When this occurs, we indicate the update date alongside the original publication date.
To report an error, contact our team at contacto@trendradarx.com with the subject "Correction".
6. Advertising & Editorial Independence
TrendRadar displays ads through Google AdSense to fund site operations. Advertisers have no influence over editorial content. No news coverage is conditioned, modified, or removed due to advertising relationships.
Some articles may include affiliate links (clearly indicated) to platforms such as Binance or VPN services when organically mentioned in the context of the article. These links generate a commission if the reader takes an action, but do not affect our editorial evaluation of those services.
Sponsored content, if any, would be clearly labeled as "Sponsored Content" and separated from editorial content.
7. Financial Content Disclaimer
All content published on TrendRadar is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing published constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Financial and cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and involve significant risks. Always do your own research (DYOR) and consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
